NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Upon booking, each service will be charged a nonrefundable deposit of $20 (besides services that are below this amount). This amount is nonrefundable, even if you must cancel your appointment. The rest of your balance for your scheduled service will be paid in person at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATION

If you must cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to reschedule you.

SHOWING UP LATE

If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and must be rescheduled to a later date or time. Please make showing up to your appointment on time a priority, as a late arrival will disrupt the flow of other services I may have that day.
